As Public Relations Manager, Lourdes Paul handles PR and social media for Examined Existence .

Lourdes first became interested in social media from the point of view of a mental health professional: she was visiting someone at a retirement center and realized that all of the people there were more in touch with the world than previous generations. The reason? Facebook.

Seeing grandmothers reconnecting with their grandchildren over social media made Lourdes realize the potential for good that these platforms offer.

When she’s not working, Lourdes enjoys kayaking in every spare moment. She’s the proud mommy of an Australian Shepherd (Jenny). Oh and two human children who are now in college.
