4) Myth: You can target your weight loss by exercising that portion of your body

Targeted weight loss is a myth, period.  There is no way to lose weight in “all the right areas.”  If you want to lose weight, you will just have to do cardio and eat right.  Where you lose fat will depend on where you have accrued the most fat; for most people, the area where they accrue the most fat is the stomach area.  But when you lose fat, you will lose fat all throughout the body, not just the stomach area.
